  I always feel welcomed and uplifted when I attend. I've heard many visitors and people new to the congregation mention how welcome and comfortable they feel here.

  I remember the first time I attended this congregation back in 1998. We were impressed as more than one person, recognizing us as new or visitors, approached us to introduce themselves and welcome. Over the past 15 years, I have seen this take place with other individuals, couples, or families attend for the first time. We tried to do the same. The mature residents of this area are well-educated, industrious, and friendly. The young parents are committed to their families, their neighbors, their careers, and their faith. The youth are responsible and active in Boy Scouts and young men and young women youth groups.

  I've attended this church for approximately two years and enjoy my congregation. The teachings center on Christian living as found in the Bible and the Book of Mormon, as well as teachings of living prophets. I've found most of the people to be friendly. While most in the congregation seem to be politically and socially conservative, liberals like me are still welcome. My congregation plays a big role in my family with my children participating in primary, cub scouts and boy scouts.
